āPlease note that most items require 2-8 weeks for production. Items that are available and in stock are shipped within 5 business days. If you need your order expedited or have any questions, please email us at info@jewelsbyterri.com.
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping and insurance on all purchases, regardless of the order amount. All jewelry is securely packaged and shipped via FedEx to the billing address, with an adult signature required upon delivery.* Once the order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided. Shipments cannot be made to a PO Box. Each item is fully insured for the final purchase price from the time it is in transit until it arrives at the destination and is signed for by an adult.
If an item is returned to us due to an error on your part (such as incorrect information) or a failure to accept delivery (whether by refusal or absence) a 3% fee will be charged to cover the shipping and insurance costs for the unsuccessful delivery. Please note Jewels by Terri cannot be held accountable for delays on the shipper's part due to severe weather or other unexpected conditions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

āAt Jewels by Terri our number one goal is complete customer satisfaction. This is our guarantee to you, our valued customer. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase you may return your item for refund or exchange within 10 days from the date of shipment. (Refunds will be processed minus a 7% restocking fee, which covers restocking the unwanted item as well as the original and return shipping charges.) Please note that all bridal jewelry (wedding rings & engagement rings) lab-grown diamond jewelry, loose diamonds (natural and lab-grown), or gemstones set in jewelry are final sale.

To request a Return Merchandise Authorization please contact us. An insured shipping label will be sent to your email address.

Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange and will be returned to the sender. We reserve the right to deny credit if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. Additionally, we are unable to cover lost, stolen, or missing packages that are shipped without prior authorization.
