SHIPPING

All in-stock items are processed and shipped within three business days.  For custom orders we will contact you when the item is ready and arrange a delivery date that is convenient for you.  All orders will be shipped and insured via UPS or FedEx next-day air. These costs will be added to the total order price.  Once the order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number.  We fully insure each item for the final purchase price, from the time it is in transit until the time it arrives at its destination, and the recipient’s signature is required at the time of delivery.   Please note Jewels by Terri cannot be held accountable for delays on the shipper's part due to severe weather or other unexpected conditions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Jewels by Terri our number one goal is complete customer satisfaction. This is our guarantee to you, our valued customer. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase you may return your item/s for refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of shipment.

 

If returned after 14 days exchange or a merchandise credit will be granted.  An exchange does not restart or extend the refund policy, which remains within 14 days of the original transaction.  We will gladly accept items that are unworn, unaltered and free from scratches and blemishes. After 30 days orders may only be eligible for our upgrade policy.  We offer an exchange only for all in showroom or over the phone purchases unless discussed other wise and is in writing. All refunds (less original shipping charges and return shipping charges if applicable) will be issued to the original form of payment.

UPGRADE POLICY

My diamond trade-in and upgrade service will allow you to take any diamond jewelry purchased you no longer wear and trade it in for a brand new piece of jewelry.  I also will take your old jewelry not purchased from me towards another purchase. The diamond/jewelry will need to be inspected and approved.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Unless otherwise noted, Custom Orders are generally considered Final Sale. Lead time on Custom Orders is typically anywhere between 2-6 weeks.
