COMPLIMENTARY CLEANING AND INSPECTION SERVICING ON YOUR DIAMOND RING

 

We recommend that you have your ring cleaned and inspected every six months or if you have had any potential accidents.  Inspections may help prevent the loss of a stone and extend the life and beauty of your jewelry.  These services are complimentary at Jewels by Terri for all your Jewels by Terri diamond rings.

 

Normal wear, activities or trauma can affect the condition of fine jewelry, including rings, as hands are regularly subjected to considerable abuse. Therefore, we do not provide warranties for damage due to normal wear, product loss, loss of stones, or theft. We also do not cover damage or loss resulting from a failure to obtain repairs necessary to maintain the integrity of the product.

Prongs and precious metals, in general, wear over time and may require "building up" or restoration work as normal wear. Bent, caught, or worn-out prongs allowing a stone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear or other damage, as well as lost stones or stones that have fallen out due to chipping or breaking caused by normal wear or other damage, are also not covered.
